Led all Human Resource and cultural change efforts, including onboarding, recruiting and retention, technology implementation, operational efficiencies, ROI initiatives, and market analysis for a large, diverse population of over 1500 people in varying roles across 100+ locations throughout the continental US. Led all marketing efforts, including strategic social media and multi-channel marketing campaigns to maintain positive brand awareness and promote organic growth. Developed, implemented, marketed, and administered new revenue streams - Lease Purchase Program, Tractor Rental and Repair Program successfully resulting in an additional $7-10MLN in annual cash flow.• Structured, implemented and administered all onboarding/exit processes, Applicant Tracking Systems, retention efforts, referral programs, 3rd party vendor relationships, management meetings, military based recruitment, internal surveys, charitable arm (501c3), scholarship and disaster relief programs, and all other related reward programs.
