I have designed numerous training programs targeting operational processes, sales techniques and generation, food service and controls, P&L budgeting with analysis and action, and improving guest service, all of which created a high level of focused consumer attention and profitability for the facilities. I have been instrumental in developing targeted marketing programs that increased income and generated significant productivity and profitability through outside sales and internet revenue. I am very experienced in managing the operational and sales departments to leverage the guest experience by performing structured audits and quality process checks.
