This career path began after I graduated with a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations. Prior to successfully building the HR infrastructure to enable rapid growth at Structural Integrity Associates, I held global human resources responsibility at tech giant Lam Research. I’ve also partnered with The Good Food Institute, an organization focused on the plant-based food movement that connects scientists, culinary experts and entrepreneurs in collaboration to develop the future of food. Based on my passion for the humane treatment of animals, the sustainability of our planet and health living I established an HR Consulting Practice that specializes in enabling start up plant/cellular based food companies grow successfully. I've partnered with New Crop and Stray Dog Capital in supporting their investment companies including Gathered Foods (Good Catch), Blue Nalu and Companion Protect.I have high energy thanks to a "plant based, whole foods diet" with the ability to energize others around common goals and a proven track record of delivering on commitments, a bias for action and an ability to inspire are qualities that set me apart from others.
