Wow! It's been a few years since I posted anything, it was 2016! TEMPUS FUGIT and that has never changed. Realestate has been good to me, I have found something that is always interesting, and challenging and pays so much better than selling ladies shoes. I remember being excited when I sold 2 or 3 pairs to a customer. But selling a home for over $500,000 is just so much better. Yesterday we went to a housewarming party for one of our tenants that has leased from us for over 5 years, He and his wife purchased a nice home and getting to be a small part of this huge step forward was wonderful. This is one of the many rewards we get as Agents. We moved to Willis/Lake Conroe 5 years ago and have several rentals in Willis, so in 2020 I found a small neighborhood where builders were building small homes on a slab 800' to 1000' and reasonably priced. the lots are inexpensive but only 30'x70' and so the homes are limited to 1000' but Great rentals. Eventually I was able to lease the homes for quite a few investors and we lease out over 40 a year and now I help them purchase and it's been a lot of fun. Denise helps me keep my calendar straight and is always there to help me with paperwork. So I'm not retired and not bored and still love what I do. I'm that DEPLORABLE REALTOR!
