I was brought into RM Interiors by the CFO to improve their internal systems of billing, accounting and inventory. Theowners had a vision in becoming the leading national flooring installation company. They had no system in place thatwould allow for such growth. That growth included warehouses and offices in every state in the country. Management ofinstallers and account managers on a national scale.I designed and developed 100% of the system they currently today to track the progress of every job. Keeping projectsmoving quickly from order to measure to installation and completion. I started with the complete design and developmentof the MySQL database used to allow for such grown and information transparency. I relied on a Normalized databasedesign to be able to quickly adapt to changes in requirements and robust reporting.The database was then setup on Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 servers. I employed a master-slave replicationarchitecture. The system was spread across several slave servers for quick and efficient reporting. I created development(DEV) and user acceptance testing (UAT) servers so developers and project managers going review updates and changesbefore applying to the production servers. I built and maintained 100% of all the AWS servers and infrastructure used toallow RMI to fulfil the dream of becoming national in scope.

Vendor Transparency Solutions (VTS) was purchased by MBSi Corp headquartered in Phoenix Arizona. I worked with CFOof VTS to bring the first and only employee and company background verification to the recovery industry. I developedand maintained the entire system on the AWS backbone and MySQL as the database. I created all the stored procedures,triggers and views that were used to run the entire system. The first goal was to allow the system to run without any userinterface. After this was accomplished, I created the entire web-based, compliant, business solution designed to trackvendor transparency and compliance.Once the system was up and operating, I worked with overseas developers to assist in maintenance and development ofnew features. I would start my day at 4:00am to train and work with the overseas developers. I project managed the entireprocess.

Recovery Database Network (RDN) was purchased by Openlane Inc., a leading online auction company in North America.RDN connects auto lending institutions with every company in the repossession and disposition value chain. I was a keydeveloper at RDN that developed the accounting process for the RDN data solution. I introduced the usage of storedprocedures and triggers to the development team. This allows the UI team to focus on the user experience and not thebusiness logic and interconnection of all the tables. They would make a simple call to a stored procedure and let thedatabase team figure out the internal process.
