Leader in the day-to-day operational support of the CBC information technology infrastructure including hardware, software, application, and network support towards the assurance of stated business objectives. Developed, maintained, and adhered to the CBCIT 3 year operational and capital budgets totaling 1.4 million dollars annually.

Successful Start-up supporting Microsoft and Cisco consulting services in St. Louis, Missouri. Rick Dalechek started the company with Rob Sarti, a Cisco Engineer, and myself, who were early on was a Partner with Rick. Rick grew the team from the three of us to 10+ employees.

Production Manager responsible for the productivity and assets of the two cold-rolled galvanizing lines and shipping floor. Managed 40 Union Steel workers daily in an area approximately .5 square miles. My production teams consistently outperformed overall production expectations manufacturing a minimum of $250,000 of product in a given eight-hour shift.

Enlisted in the Air Force and was trained at Lowry Air Force Base, Denver Colorado to work for Base Supply. Assigned to Hurlburt Field, Florida and subsequently moved to Scott Air Force Base where over a four year time frame became well established in the government logistics business. Upon completion of initial four years, I spent an additional nine years as a “weekend warrior”.

Driver and Line Supervisor responsible for the timely and balanced dispatch of 40 UPS trucks as well as the safety and security of both parcels and employees. Measuring Employee Efficiency and improving that metric was always the goal.
