Profit and Loss responsibility for highly engineered products with significant variations that totaled more than $80 million in annual Sales. Developed and managed capital and expense budget. Deployed Strategic Plan for team and products in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and development. Responsible for 100 person team that included production assemblers and machinists, production supervisors, manufacturing support personnel, production planning, purchasing, quality, process engineering and design engineering on multiple shifts.
