Steve has responsibility for Digital Wealth, Global Marketing and Global Banking Digital compliance and operational risk teams. In this role Steve and team provide independent risk oversight to drive strategic direction and overall risk management practices for over 50MM online users. He works in close collaboration with business and technology leaders to establish safety and soundness measures and ensure overall controls and strategy drive responsible growth and a positive end to end customer experience. Steve is an industry leader known for delivering business results, defining strategic solutions, and building strong partnerships. In his 25 year career, he has led large operations including contact centers, process design and risk organizations. Before joining the risk organization in 2015 Steve served as the Default Servicing Executive focused on customer protections. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is also certified Lean and Six Sigma Blackbelt.
