I currently manage one of the largest on-premise territories of over 450 accounts in St. Louis County and City. Some of my main responsibilities are listed below:• Work to build long-term relationships with key accounts here in St. Louis, such as: Washington University, St. Louis Zoo, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and St. Louis Science Center • Exceeded plan revenue by 8% in 2020 • Prospect and develop new accounts within my territory, 45 new accounts in 2020 alone• Responsible for creating customer contracts and managing account expectations• Analyze reports and data to forecast and track key account metrics • Identify areas of improvement to develop new business with existing accounts• Responsible for keeping current accounts satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis • Ensure on-time and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives • Help customers through email, phone, presentations and in-person meetings while visiting 12-15 accounts per day • Active member of the DE&I Council

• Provided support to all Catering and Sales managers (8)• Vetted all Sales and Catering inquiries to ensure timely follow up on the same business day• Managed smaller hotel business such as bookings• Created all Sales and Catering proposals, and handled negotiations on said proposals• Maintained organization of all necessary documents: function contracts, terms & conditions, rooming lists, and deposits• Completed contract revisions and status changes to all of the above-mentioned documents in a timely fashion• Kept an accurate and detailed function book
