• Support outlet manager to run operation on daily basis.• To develop the business & good relationship with other department.• Train staff in excellent product and beverage knowledge to satisfy the customers.• Reviews guest feedback / critique forms / log books on operational issues in order to: - Implement measures for improvement in food / beverage / service. - Identify training required.• Keep proper accounting record.• Be a role model for the group members in all aspects.• Minimize the beverage cost.• Enforce staff motivation and team building.• Schedule duty roster, prepare all the necessary documents on daily basis.• Ensure general maintenance of area appointed and follows up with Engineering.
