In this role, I am tasked with leading 250 US resources in standing up new portfolio of services targeting multiple industries and building partner network for go-to-market efforts. I was retained to pioneer, build, and run Diebold's first Transformation Management Office (TMO), which helped identify, deliver, track, and measure results of 5 business strategies totaling ~$500M. I oversaw PMO, TMO, and GBS functions. Supervised 4 direct reports. I also built IT Service Delivery Model for onshore, offshore, regional, and service partners to mitigate risk and reduce costs. Additionally, I drove effort to transition Diebold's financials captive center to BPO partner, which immediately improved cash flow. I also led TMO and identified cost savings of $30M, after saving $11M prior year. Did M&A due diligence for acquired companies.
