Overall Quality responsibilities for 6 bottling sites, 4 distilleries, 7+ co-packers and over 400+ liquid and packaging component suppliers. Compliance, Continuous Improvement and building a Quality culture.

. Total responsibility for Production and Processing departments in spirits & FMB, Quality Control, Maintenance and Engineering (30 salaried reports and 150+ hourly employees). Financial responsibility $15MM budget. Key accomplishments: - Improved reliability by 11% from December 2004-May 2005 via the following key initiatives: continuous operation through operator breaks and lunch periods, created 30 minute shift overlap, line owners and support teams for each line, Quality Windows down time tracking, monthly presentation updates, pit crew change overs, race car game.- Delivering plant KPIs while supporting the innovation agenda and other change initiatives (Smirnoff ICON, national launch of Twisted V, transition back to 24/7 in FMB, preparation work for project Chime, introduction of new flavored vodkas (Cranberry, Watermelon), implementation of glass transition strategy, execution of $2.5MM capex budget, and negotiation of the new labor agreement). - Significant progress in moving the people agenda forward via addressing Q1 performers and reorganizing the operations, maintenance, quality control and engineering teams to support plant growth.- Led NA safety team and accomplished: 1) new monthly KPI report, 2) new injury reporting standard, 3) Dupont STOP behavior based training strategy and 4) co-chaired EH&S annual conference.
