•Creating planned work schedules for the following week to include: outage schedule, list of planned work orders, and resource requirements for 25 technicians.•Maintains and manages maintenance work order backlog.•Serve as Contractor SPA for this location. In this role, I am responsible for reviewing contractor “background” checks. I also must review and approve all “job safe” plans prior to any contractor work to begin. •Coordinates “major” maintenance jobs that involve the coordination of contractors, multiple parties and/or unplanned outages lasting longer than 24 Hours of Downtime.•Facilitate weekly maintenance planning meetings between competing stake-holders (Operations and Maintenance) and provide project updates. •Report out on key Maintenance Metrics: Percent planned work, PM Compliance, Percent Unplanned Downtime and Backlog hours.•Applies predicative, preventive, and proactive strategies to improve equipment reliability.•Serve as a team member on weekly equipment improvement teams (TPM).

Project Manager Selected accomplishments include:• Project Manager of $700K renovation of two schools. Maintenance Supervisor (2005 to 2008)Selected accomplishments include:•Duesenberry Slitter Installation Award: Awarded by Division President for moving, aligning and wiring a machine and filling a customer order in less than 36 hours (on a 72-hour deadline).•Oxidizer Repairs Award: Awarded by Manufacturing Manager for working an 18 hour day.
