Responsible to improve Cummins’ North America Distribution employee voluntary community engagement participation to meet or exceed the Corporate goal of 70%.• Collaborated with leadership and employees to learn the distribution business and align Cummins’ community engagement methodology with employee interests and business constraints. Formed two collaborative partnerships with diesel industry businesses, high school vocational programs and a community colleges to establish high school to career pathways for students interested in becoming Diesel Technicians. All combined these actions increased voluntary community involvement of 8,600 employees (252 locations across North America) from 38% in 2014 to 84% in 2018.

Managed the work and training of twelve skilled trades and eight production machine operators, and co-led the successful installation and run-off of engine block and head machining and assembly facilities to support Cummins Light Duty Diesel engine for Nissan Titan Pickup Trucks.
