Led and oversaw the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of all commercial and transactional (sell-side/revenue-generating and buy-side/procurement) matters. Developed and continuously refined the legal go-to-market strategy and acted as first-chair lead on all high-value, complex, technology/cloud-based revenue-generating deals (i.e., SaaS/software development and related professional services).

Directly reported to the General Counsel (among a legal team of 50+ attorneys – 7 of whom reported directly to the General Counsel). Led and/or supported various in-house functions, including commercial and transactional matters, management of external counsel, dispute resolution, litigation management, corporate governance, formulation and enforcement of corporate policies and anticipating and guarding against legal risks facing Harman globally.
