National Account Manager (Non-Sales)
CurrentServed as primary point-of-contact and responsible party for several (current and former) Fortune 500 clients including Luxottica, Apple, Target, Sprint and Fidelity to facilitate smooth project roll-outs, new store openings (from start to finish), and day-to-day management of telecom services; making sure goals were met on time and within budget. Personally managed over 100,000 business phone and data circuits combined. Led and mentored a day-to-day team of five people (as well as other teams of various sizes on individual projects), while coordinating efforts between multiple internal departments. Directed all phases of telecom install projects, including over 3,000 new store openings and over 2,000 data circuit upgrades across the US and Canada (combined estimated project cost was over $7 million). Was the responsible party for initiating, tracking and providing proactive updates on all escalations. Designed and presented quarterly and annual expenditure forecasting reports to clients. Regularly reviewed budgetary expenditure with clients to ensure projections were met. Led kick-off calls as well as all internal and client status meetings; along with regular, proactive updates on a daily basis. Met with an average of five clients per week consistently, resulting in a 100% client retention rate.
