In 2006 I created SNM (Sports Nutrition Management Sàrl), a company active in the field of sports management consulting, sports facility management as well as coaching in sports and nutrition. Between 2006 and 2012 SNM managed the sports department of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, running the sports facilities and developing a range of over 25 sports courses and activities.
