I have been in the countertop industry since 1996. I love the variety of challenges that come from this manufacturing and services industry, it is unusual to find both together. My primary goal is to help others and try to make things better for our customers and our employees. I think it is important never to get comfortable and always push yourself to learn new skills and ideas from within and outside the industry.I love the outdoors, and live with my family on a hobby farm near Portland, Oregon where, in my spare time, I raise sheep, turkeys, chickens and goats; we also grow U-cut Christmas trees and U-pick blueberries, among other things.
