I am passionate about strategic client development and management in the human capital professional services space. I have had the fortune to work in senior roles at four fantastic firms across the breadth of my career. My focus is to drive growth largely through creating relationship and dialogue at the most senior levels of clients, asking good questions, listening and ultimately finding the points of intersection between their needs and what the firm's capabilities are. I have worked primarily in the large market and across all sectors. I have also worked globally, building out broad multi-regional relationships with clients, and have been based a number of times outside the U.S. (e.g.,Tokyo, Hong Kong). Having grown up in professional services, I am also deeply committed to execution and delivering on our promises with excellence.I am delighted to most recently join the talented leadership team at BDO in further building out their human capital management consulting capability and service.
