Within these roles I manage many of the business relationships for MiddletonMurray which include Government Departments , Collegesand other business partners within the Educational nd Private business sectors . My remit is to achieve this with Partners that are at least an Ofsted level 1 or 2 and to work with them to attain high standards of completion for the people we educate. I also manage all the Sales Teams which cover Recruitment , Apprentices , Employers , Corporate Training both on line and Bespoke.Business development runs hand in hand with building relationships and is also an important part of my role if it is completing the contract negotiations myself and passing the enquiry / contact to another part of the management team.

I founded Mass Contracts in 1995 as a sub contractor providing civil engineering consultancy and services for the Rail industry. I built that company to a multi - million turnover business, with several accreditation's including Link-Up approved status, Safe Contractor, Construction Line etc, sub-contracted to many of the railway franchises including Network Rail, Southern Trains, South West Trains, South East Trains and EWS as well as other large providers such as Osbourne.This company still operates today under a new name MiddletonMurray Infrastructure Services Ltd

I managed their largest London Borough contract which was Hammersmith & Fulham. Responsible for all aspects of the re-build of such high profile locations as Kings Road, Hammersmith Broadway and Flyover, Shepherds Bush Road. Exceeded quality and profit targets year on year for six years.

I managed all the direct labour and contractors in the re-build and maintenance of highways and footways for the whole borough.

I trained in supervision and management of all aspects of Highways Management, attending Vauxhall College on a day and night release scheme to achieve HNC and National Certificate of Supervisory Studies.
