CurrentBunyap Consulting has worked with the Boston Red Sox Baseball Team in developing their Crisis Response Business Continuity Plan. As part of our contract with the team, we have conducted a number of table top exercises with Red Sox and Fenway Park staff and Boston emergency response personnel. We also conduct an Annual Hazard Vulnerability and Risk Assessment as part of their Emergency response program.We have provided consulting service to the University of Massachusetts Boston , reviewing their emergency management program and providing incident command training in preparation for a University of Massachusetts System-wide functional exercise in the spring of 2016.Bunyap Consulting provided emergency management consulting services to Tufts HealthCare in preparation for their October 2013 Tufts Health Plan 10K for Women Road Race addressing their security concerns for the first Boston Road Race after the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombings.
