Presently, Director of Discipleship at the Grace School of Theology and an adjunct professor in spiritual formation. I came to Grace with over 30 years in pastoral discipleship ministry in local churches having been involved for 15 years in discipleship training at HBI College in Chennai, India. Also, I have been an adjunct lecturer at TCA College in Singapore and HBI College in Chennai, India. My expertise is in applying the principles of Jesus’ training of His disciples both personally and corporately. I have created, built, led, and managed effective discipleship movements and ministries in local churches and I am a continual learner of how to apply the principles to my own life. Through my years in church ministries, I have learned and taught the art of bringing change to an established ministry. Building healthy leadership environments has been a hallmark of my leadership teams as I recruited, trained, and released volunteers for effective discipleship ministry.I received my DMin, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Boston; MDiv, Denver Seminary, Denver CO, BA, Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, IL.
