My position at One Workplace entailed managing large-scale, high-volume furniture projects primarily for Google's various facilities in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. In 10 years at OWP, I managed over 25 million sq feet of commercial office interiors, of all sizes and scopes, including workstation systems, conference room applications, ancillary, cafes, data centers, and custom furniture applications based on any number of client needs. Like most project managers, I worked in fast paced situations with constant interruptions & changing priorities. I was responsible for working independently to organize projects, formulate & close out punch lists as well as track, supervise and complete scopes within tight deadlines. I worked with general contractors, architects, and other various trades in addition to handling the scheduling & management of large installation crews. I also assisted clients, designers and account managers with product selection, accurate quotations, and specification development when applicable. Other high profile clients included Meta, PayPal, and Patreon.

Handled procurement of educational furniture for K-12 schools around the Midwest. Responsible for order processing, purchasing, and invoicing tasks with various suppliers. Responsible for booking and tracking international/domestic shipments. Supported our dealers in the field during their installations.
