Entered into this four month term position as NBCC had shifted its infrastructure from six separate post-secondary institutions to one institution with six locations! While only filling in as interim Manager of Academic Research, I enjoyed my time at NBCC and crammed a lot of knowledge about NBCC's strategic plan and educational offerings. The scope included analyzing market trends, industry consultation, monitoring areas of economic growth and potential areas of decline, to help ensure immediate and future educational needs of New Brunswick students line up with employment opportunities. NBCC offers top notch education in areas that demand human resources which in turn will continue to contribute to a better local economy.

Served as facilitator between key partners such as Dell, Hitachi, Cisco and VM Ware to ensure that we as a company were in compliance with certification and up to date with the latest marketing tools available in our product offerings. Monitored Salesforce Customer Relations Management tool, and relayed critical customer data to the CEO, VP, and Sales Team. Organized and facilitated customer appreciation and marketing events and public relations events. Provided follow up to customers to ensure a quality experience and collected customer feedback through online surveys and continual communication.Attended marketing events and webinars to gather new ideas to implement into the BSI business model.

Intimate Concert Series promoting internationally acclaimed artists. Gained much respect from visiting artists, the business community and concert goers. The series had such a great vibe that Bruce Cockburn recorded his live album, "Slice O Life" at one of our rustic barn venues!
