During my first year we exceeded the goal of 10 days for the first time in the team’s history and continued to beat this goal for 10 straight quarters.● Developed efficiencies and reach goal metrics for the Open Door Helpline team, which in the first year we answered 18,562 more calls than the previous year with the same headcount. This included sales increase of +3.97% ($5.27B), beat inventory forecast by -$30M, increased units sold (+3.95%) and increased scripts (+3.26%).● Captured $9.78M in cost savings, which included cost decreases, price protections and rebates.● Led suppliers/vendors through multiple Joint Business Partner (JBP) plans.
