-Assigned to the US Army’s Tactical Mission Command (TMC) with the responsibility for instructing, installing, and maintaining CPOF software, Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server, Exchange 2007/2010, SQL 2005/2008, SharePoint 2007/2010, VMware, ESX 3.5, and ESXi with detailed knowledge of system tactical employment and optimization. -Provides technical and customer helpdesk support independently, and display a high degree of resourcefulness and initiative. -Provided helpdesk support to the Multi-National Division- Baghdad and United States Division- North over a 12 month period.-Document failures and corrective action in accordance with proper procedures, and make technical recommendations based on this collective data. -Trained personnel from the U.S. Army, Management Support Technology, Inc., US Falcon, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin on CPOF along with other Mission Command systems including Windows 2003 and 2008 Active Directory and Exchange 2007 and 2010, NetApp and Sun network attached storage systems, VMware and ESX 3.5/ESXi.-Supported numerous Mission Rehearsal Exercises for Army communication units deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan along with dozens of field exercises and Battle Staff Operators Courses. Taught and advised soldiers how to utilize TMC products and CPOF software to improve Command and Control capabilities and streamline battle drills within and between Tactical Operations Centers.

-Planned for and supervised the installation, operation, and maintenance of single channel radio, telephone, and secure and non-secure data circuits.-Supervised all personnel management, logistics, supply, and operations within the Communications Section in order to effectively support battalion missions.-Managed the Headquarters and Service Battery's communications equipment account, valued at $1.1 million. -Directed and managed the administrative and logistical support for over 200 Marines.-Sourced training, planned, and coordinated multiple operational exercises on various levels; was instrumental in developing comprehensive and detailed plans for their successful completion.-Planned, installed, operated, and maintained a variety of network backbone structures that supported air combat and logistical operations for ground and air combat forces.-Supervised all administrative, legal, logistical, and training requirements for Marines and was recognized by senior management for work with crisis management and resolution, personnel and task management, and resource allocation and utilization.-Coordinated and planned for the operation and logistical support for Company level exercises.-Trained and conducted platoon operations for the Multichannel Radio Platoon and Data Communications Platoon in order to maintain effectiveness standards and ensure superior performance in Company and larger level exercises. Conducted training on tactical and commercial data equipment and software, to include Cisco equipment, Microsoft 2003 Server and Exchange 2003, Tactical Defense Messaging System, and Voice over Internet Protocol telephony. -Maintained and ensured the reliability of a network that provided both secure and non-secure telecommunications and data connectivity to several hundred users in an austere working environment while in a remote Forward Operating Base through implementing a rigorous preventative maintenance cycle to limit and reduce outages.

-Aided the Commanding General in the creation, promotion, and coordination of a new General Officer and Senior Executive Service personnel leadership program that had recently been directed by the Commandant of the Marine Corps; was recognized with commendation by senior management for the execution of these duties. -Performed various analytical support duties to capture data that identified and documented the courses and programs developed by SLDP to improve its efficiency.-Collected, analyzed, and evaluated information for dissemination regarding the educational courses and programs offered by SLDP along with creating and producing in-depth briefs and presentations to accurately graph those findings.
