I have worked in the Construction Industry for just over 40 years and have had the pleasure of working on many different types of projects with a number of the largest companies in the world. I have worked in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, USA and Thailand and have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge while meeting many people from various backgrounds and from many different cultures. I now have an extensive network of construction personnel from all around the world.I work hard at establishing a positive work environment because i believe a happy team is a productive team, good communication is very important to ensure everyone understands the project goals. Team building is very important so that everyone feels apart of what we are trying to achieve.As a manager its my job to provide direction and to monitor performance, to coach and support my team so i get the best out of each team member. I always look to provide a safe working environment and push a safety first attitude, and with detailed planning i believe work can be completed safely to high standards and efficiently. I have just completed 14 years working for CB&I, 12 years as a Construction Manager working on large multi million dollar LNG Projects. I am now looking for a fresh challenge.
