Manganese X Energy is a TSX.V listed junior exploration company focused on the emerging green energy market with battery mineral projects located in New Brunswick and Quebec.

The Company owns 100% of the Waswanipi Gold Project and is earning a 50% interest in the Roger copper-gold project located near Chibougamau, Quebec. In mid September 2018 the Company released an updated resource estimate containing 10.9 MT of 0.85 g/t Au for 297,000 ounces gold in the Indicated category and 8.6 MT of 0.75 g/t Au for 159,000 ounces gold in the Inferred category for the MOP II deposit at the Roger Project.

Speaking at investor and non-deal road shows, luncheons and one-on-one meetings throughout Europe and North America I effectively kept the investment community informed of the Company’s achievement and direction. Strategically, I provided the Company with project assessment and M&A opportunities and was a key participant in the sale of an asset for over $15 M. Being a professional geologist, I was also the Qualified Person and signed off on technical and publicly available documents. At mine site, I took an active role in team leadership, mine operations meetings, Company strategy sessions, exploration and development plans. I was part of the leadership group that increased production by 35% while decreasing operational costs by over 20%.

Led the team that put over 1.1 billion tonnes of iron ore into Indicated and Inferred categories on the East Mevlille Peninsula, completed the Feasibility Study on the Roche Bay project and discovered the Tuktu high grade showing with its +69% Fe specular hematite.

Responsible for the planned redevelopment of the former producing Caribou Gold Mine in Upper Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia. I was closely involved in the permitting process with the Nova Scotia Department of Environment and Labour while managing a group of consulting engineers and geologists.

Responsible for the design and implementation of diamond exploration programs on the Company’s projects in Saskatchewan and Quebec.

Working closely with the environment, engineering, geology, open pit mine operations and maintenance groups, my key responsibility was the development, issuance and communication of the weekly mine plan for a multi-pit mine. Duties included: Daily mine tours, coordination of surveying tasks with Senior Surveyor, communicating with site projects, geotechnical and geology groups about concerns that fed into the mine plan. Develop and coordinate the dumping plan with mine operations for ore and waste. Produce weekly plans that sequence the drilling, blasting and excavation of material within the mine site. The production engineer is the key liaison between the technical services and mine operations groups.

Key responsibility was the supervision of kimberlite mining in the production and development open pits. Duties included: daily visits to all active mining areas, mapping and assessing ground conditions, ensuring that mine operations maximizes ore recovery and minimizes dilution throughout the ore handling process by providing clear and concise directions. I had an excellent working relationship with all levels of engineering, the process plant groups and mine operations. Ore and diamond cycle reconciliation’s are part of the monthly duties. I also assisted with on-site exploration and delineation drilling programs. I have also done extensive geotechnical core logging as well as assisted on several cable bolt & dywydag installations in order achieve ground support.

Assisted in the building of the NORMIN Oracle database. My role was to research a variety of published and unpublished references; mostly exploration reports detailing geological, geophysical and geochemical investigations of mining claims.

Responsible for the gold production requirements of my underground beat. Duties included; daily visits to all active headings, assessing ground conditions and ensuring the environment is safe, mapping and sampling the face, updating section books and reserves, target selection and coordination of mining plans for short and long term development, working closely with the engineers and underground supervisors in a team and goal oriented environment.

Project leader at the Company’s advanced gold exploration project located at Red Mountain, Stewart, B.C. This was a major project that included two mining crews, five diamond drill rigs with the support of three helicopters and over 50 people in an Alpine environment. Responsibilities included; project supervision in the absence of the project engineer, core shack supervision, core logging and interpretation of results.
