Business Partner for Trend Micro Europe’s Customer Operations department with a focus on automation and long-term planning.Overview of Project Work:GDPR IS Project Manager: Responsible for enforcing Trend Micro’s GDPR Policies on IS systems globally.Project Manager on European IS project to on-board TippingPoint Product and Order process into Trend Micro processes. PM on project focused on automating our B2B process which succeeded in reducing man-hours needed by 45%.PM on project to create and implement the annual logic to predict renewal revenue for Europe.

My main task is handling the Partner Programme Inbox Queries. Here I receive queries from both Internal employees on behalf of external resellers and also the resellers themselves send queries direct to the inbox. The queries can range from a simple approval of access to the database, to a more complicated loss of access to the Partner Programme or any of the systems accessed through the portal. Data cleansing is a large part of my responsibility, this can be through queries, from personal observations or reports that are sent to me.
