Manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources/Payroll Department. Provide services that include applicant sourcing and recruiting, employee orientation, personnel file maintenance, new hire paperwork/processing, compensation coordination, licensure tracking and maintenance, benefit and payroll administration and oversight, corporate compliance, workers’ compensation, employee education and training, employee relations/investigations support, and policy and procedure interpretation. Actively participate in the JCAHO/Medicare or other surveys acting as the representative for Human Resources. Coordinate competency reviews and required clinical education compliance.

Direct and coordinate the Tennessee Department of Children Services (DCS) Training program delivery for the Middle Tennessee Regions. This program is responsible for delivery of training and coaching related activities in the contracted service area. Lead team of training professionals by providing coaching, feedback, supervision, and scheduling. Serve as first point of contact for HR matters including leave requests, salary, conflict resolution, and benefits consultation. Develop effective partnerships with DCS administration, faculty, consortium schools and other community child welfare partners.

Oversee the daily operations of the state Tennessee Families and Child Tracking System (TFACTS) and staff assigned for TFACTS program delivery. Maintain daily contact with employees of the Department of Children's Services (DCS) and consortium university staff to execute and develop the training according to the contract.
