Project examplesT-Mobile: Managed the supply of technical resources in a very challenging environment to deliver a complex multi-site inbound CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solution for a 3000+ seat contact centre. Success resulted in the most successful client relationship to date. Managed numerous enhancements including the addition of outbound voice, migration from disparate IT platforms to a consolidated Sun F15 environment and then led the project that changed how the contact centre was implemented to improve its resilience in the event of a business disaster.; As Microsoft-appointed systems integrator, gathered client requirements, implemented the necessary changes to the out-of-box product, supported user acceptance testing before deploying into live operation.Argos (Home Retail Group): Managed the delivery of two outbound voice CTI solutions. Project success led to numerous system enhancements/upgrades including major changes to ensure compliance with OFCOM regulations and the delivery of a user test environment which allowed changes to be developed and tested without affecting live operations.South West Water: Managed the completion of a partly-complete contact centre solution and restored the client's confidence in the product and solution suppliers. Managed the design and implementation of an outbound solution for managing overdue accounts and be proactive in contacting clients regarding service issues.Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust: Designed and developed an inbound CTI solution to manage patient appointments. This involved working with NHS management/IT/user staff and the telephony switch supplier.

BMW: Led project to design and develop changes to a Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to allow the build of the Mini-replacement at the Cowley manufacturing plant. Integrated with BMW systems in Germany and required a large in-house/contractor team (30+) working closely with BMW staff and the design of new working practices compatible with BMW/AT&T ISTEL standards.Rover Cars: Led numerous enhancements to the SCM systems at the main Rover manufacturing sites. Provided out of hours support which allowed me to act as Business Analyst, Test Manager and Trainer.Rover Cars: As Project Engineer, designed and developed the hardware for an on-track vehicle electrical testing system, for the new Rover 800 car. Sub-contracted by Ferranti Systems who developed the computer system that downloaded the vehicle specification to the VETS system and received the uploaded test results.

Developed, marketed, and sold a new metrology service to measure accuracy of robots using 3-D optical measuring system to the Rover Cars Group. Worked as part of a task force to design the layout and build control system for the manufacture of the Marina body shell.
