Responsible for reducing payroll costs in excess of 15% annually while reducing employee turn-over significantly.• Orchestrate all advertising and marketing ($1 million plus budget) including developing and implementing annual marketing plan, all advertising buys (including cable, television, radio, newspapers and billboards), special events, on-track promotions (50 plus promotions annually) and production of all related printed promotional pieces.• Produce and direct printing of all promotional sales materials including newsletters, sales brochures, educational literature, direct mail campaigns and in-house point of sale materials.• Coordinated an extensive remodeling and refurbishing program ($1 million) for all dining areas, kitchen, concession stands and bars.
