Working with Supervisors nationally to ensure they have the tools and techniques to deliver high outputs - Safety, Productivity and Performance. Developed and Produced with IT department Supervisor App which enabled Supervisors to spend more time onsite with their engineers with access to permits, workload and management MI. Designed and Developed.

Supervising ELR and Replacement Teams working on the West London Gas Distribution Network. Liaising with Local Councilauthorities and TFL. Ensuring all Safety, Productivity and Performance targets are met and working within Budget frameworks. Standing in for Network Engineer and managing the busiest areas in London for Gas Escapes.

Craftsman ELR Main-layer and Service-layer. Carrying out Repairs, Main laying projects and Service relays and new connections work in West London. Working to a high standard and customer service.
