By focusing on value drivers, management can prioritize the specific activities that will affect performance in each area.The outputs of the value drivers can be expressed as key performance indicators through correlated business components such as Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity, Information Security, Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety amongst others that when combined can be managed as a seamless Integrated Management System (IMS). An IMS when enabled through a software platform provides management with aggregated business intelligence performance data that can be displayed through a dashboard with predictive analytics.
