Factory Supervisor:Management of Fabrication Department: Including managing personnel, Paycor input, performance monitoring, and disciplinary for 15 person crew.Meeting reasonable production output levels as determined by our Management Team.Follow manufacturing work schedule, including overtime.Work closely with the Engineering Team to improve manufacturing processes in Fabrication Department.Seek out and remove roadblocks, and collaborate with other Supervisors for continuous improvement of operations.Order Planning and Inventory Control- Responsible for implementation and daily operations of scheduling and creating production orders. Verifying Bill Of Materials and Routings.Purchasing Raw materials to meet the production schedule.Allocation and completion of production orders and correct Production Material Lists. Oversee cycle count procedures and reconciling counts when necessary. Primary trainer for procedure and review of all Infor LN (ERP) production processes.Proficient on Microsoft products Word, Excel, Access.Plant Manager/Inventory Control Manager: Responsible for supervising up to 15 people ensuring all products are ready to ship on time. Train people to new operational procedures overseeing assembly and design of large outdoor signs, ensuring top quality products are ready to ship on time. Supervise year-end inventory and cycle counting. Plan, schedule, and monitor movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required material purchases and optimal inventory levels.
