Building HLVs, MMUs, and other cool projects for NASA didn't work out - I graduated a couple months after Challenger's mishap pretty much shut down the aerospace industry at the time - so I've been some form of software developer for more down-to-earth projects since.Building applications since the mid 80's, now building both native and web-based applications and sites.Application work is primarily Xcode Objective C applications for iOS devices. Past work includes Codewarrior Mac OS 9 applications, QuarkXpress Xtensions, intergration software for Great Plains Accounting, to an Apple Pascal accounts receivable system which was my first commercial application.Web work, primarily PHP/MySQL based, consist of both intra and public web sites, to several large project and content management and publishing applications. Fluent in PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.Web CMS templates, components, modules, plugins for WordPress, Joomla, and TboxCMS (a custom Toolbox Studios CMS solution). iOS development consist of iPad/iPhone apps built in Objective C/Xcode.Also work in unix shell, ActionScript, ASP, FML, AppleScript, and C/C++.It's been a while with Pascal and Fortran.While every week I work on/with most every popular OS, my favorite for a desktop is OS X (on a MacBook Pro), for a server Linux (RedHat), and to yell at Windows.
