My duties have been to manage as many as 182 full time drivers from 12/98 to 3/02 and now currently I am managing 62 full time drivers. These drivers deliver dry & perishable loads to 155 Kroger stores in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, & Missouri. These deliveries are made in the safest and timeliness manner to better serve our customer Kroger and their customers while never losing site of performing all of our duties in a safe environment. Other duties include managing a budget of several million dollars while maintaining a positive bottom line for Transervice.Working closely with our Corporate Safety, Human Resources, and Risk Management departments to ensure all laws and guidelines are monitored and followed to the letter of the law.

My duties included scheduling over 130 drivers to make deliveries of perishable and dry goods to 155 stores in the Ind, Ohio, Mich, Ill, & Missouri area in a timely manner.Other duties included the scheduling of freight back hauls with as few as possible empty miles.
