How Aldous & Associates differs from regular collection agencies is that we are a fully staffed Attorney's office with the tools and resources of a call center. Each one of our collectors are trained to handle club members to collect the debts respectively, and get them back into the gym for you to once again add to your monthly draft. We start the collection process by sending out Attorney letters on our legal letterhead. These letters are very effective because they are not just another collection notice, they are an official notice that their debt is with an Attorney's office and must be handled promptly. Once the letters are sent out we have a live representative call each one of your members to explain the debt, and give a second wave of pressure and collect the debt right over the phone.
