Phuket, Thailand

Built and managed a new Broodstock Multiplication Center for Shrimp (l. vannamei) in Phuket. Interviewed, selected, managed and train 20 staff, all in Thai. Center capable of producing 100,000 broodstock pairs per year.

Americas

Consulted with Dr. Daniel Benetti on projects throughout the Americas. Most trips were performed alone. Responsibilities ranged from broodstock capture through larval production and growout of marine fish species. Staff training was a large part of this work, which was performed in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
