UK Soft Service Delivery Lead

Main Aim / Purpose of Job• Management of all sites, and employees within the National Account• Act as key client contact for the delivery of multiple service lines – Building, M&E, Cleaning, Security, Grounds, and Catering Services.Main Tasks• Chair weekly, monthly, and quarterly client review / performance meetings• Monitoring and reporting of SLA’s and contract targets• Provide additional quotes / Project Management• Management of site budget and client billing process

Main Aim / Purpose of Job• The on-site Manager responsible for the day-to-day provision of Facilities and Building Management services at clients HQ.• Provide additional support and technical advice to other Compass sites and contractsMain Tasks• Delivery of Health and Safety results to meet clients 100% working safely policy• Monitoring and reporting of SLA’s, contract targets, client billing, and site budgets• Delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services to meet clients requirement and standards.

Main Aim / Purpose of Job• The functional manger responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department and for the management of connected sites – Croxley & Luton offices.• To co-ordinate and manage specific projects on behalf of the Operations Department.Main Tasks• To actively contribute, as a member of the Operations Management Team, in the development of all operational activies, processes and employees.• Responsible for all aspects of site services (including Catering, Reception, and Maintenance Department), housekeeping and site management of all connected sites.• To develop the departments staff by the use of appraisals, continual monitoring, and effective disciplinary methods.
