Responsible for personnel hiring and leading a self-operating controls division composed of Sales Team (labelled as Project Managers), Project Engineers, Design/Graphic Engineers, Field Personnel (Union and Non-Union), and Administrative Staff. Develop Annual Branch Revenue and Profitability Goals in alignment with corporate objectives. Responsible for branch alignment with Corporate COVID response and remote working mandates since 2020. Merged acquired local BAS competitor into local branch operations in 2020. Develop business plans for (3) BAS product representations (Automated Logic, Distech, Siemens) for the Seattle region while exceeding product purchase quotas in multiple years while receiving Manufacturer awards.

Recruit and hire motivated personnel within company's compensation policies. Prepare periodic performance appraisals and counseling memorandum for personnel. Provide direction and career path development opportunities to all levels of personnel, including assisting in relocation and redeployment opportunities within the branch or Company. Participate in customer meetings and presentations as required.
