Managing commercial programs and the integration of monuments in a Boeing Business Jet. These projects involved customer,engineering and supplier management to deliver installed monuments on scheduled aircraft return to service dates. Co-coordinating teams through Statement of Work, product development, manufacturing,and delivery of completed product.

Managing a team of 20 Engineers and Technicians, and the programme undertaken. The team developed low voltage, high volume (>10k pa) softstarters, and medium voltage (up to 13kV), low volume sofstarters. It was a challenging environment of increasing complexity of design, decreasing timelines, and increasing professionalism in a maturing industry. Key achievements were team development, and Lean introduction.

I managed the team of Project Managers, TIO, and Product Support Co-ordinator. A great team, which I am proud to have developed and managed through to the completion of a platform development program.

This was an intensive period of introducing new process, transferring manufacturing to China, developing opportunities for roadside cabinet integration with Telecom, and developing systems for a platform of new DC power Supplies. This was a diverse and talented team.

Developed and Managed a team of engineers and technicians, and the laboratory facilities, to carry out pre compliance Safety, EMC, performance, and reliability testing. The testing resulted in the application of CE, UL, C-Tick marks to DC rectifiers and systems.
