Steve has been in the relocation industry since 1978 and is the 4th generation of his family in the moving & storage business. Steve started as a local mover/packer in 1978. He then became an interstate owner/operator relocating executives around the USA and Canada. In 1983, he decided to go into sales in the private transferee sector. After 4 years Steve was promoted to ”Operations Manager”. In 1992, he was offered a position as Sales Manager and in 1995 he was promoted to Vice President/General Manager. He was responsible for a 350,000 square foot, 88 employee operation in Pontiac, MI, as well as locations in Daytona Beach, Orlando, and Tampa, FL. During this time frame his organization became the largest agent for Mayflower in both states. In 2001, Steve joined Palmer Commercial Services team as “District Sales manager”.This extensive experience garnered during his 35+ years in the moving industry is quite beneficial to our clients. The passion he has for customer satisfaction and the dedication to proper estimating/job planning are some of his greatest assets. Each year, Steve has handled some of the largest, most challenging Commercial Relocation projects in Michigan. Throughout his career, Steve has always maintained a position in the top 5% of industry professionals. To date, he has managed over 40 million dollars in Commercial Relocations successfully.
