Coming from an IT managed service provider (MSP) boutique shop and joining Mitsui E&P USA, LLC. (MEPUSA) in 2018 as a contractor, hard work and dedication allowed me to be a candidate for a position offered in March 2020 as a Senior Analyst for IT Infrastructure Support. I was made responsible for streamlining and solidifying our support teams' thought and technical processes. In November 2021, I was promoted to Supervisor of IT infrastructure support, and as of June 1st, 2022, I shifted to Supervisor - Applications Support. Our team's focus and efforts are concentrated in adopting a new approach towards digital transformation strategies. Our basic goals include completing business deliverables within budget in a timely manner and maintaining vendor and partner relationship rapport for being a link in the chain of value creation.Before MEPUSA, I managed a small IT team for project integration, maintenance, and support at Your Tech Guys (DKNXT, Inc.). During my tenure there, I helped repair, retain, and generate new client relationships by simply listening to them and understanding a company's immediate needs and wants versus their allotted budget.I reside in Houston, Texas, with my wife and two dogs: an English Springer Spaniel mixed with a splash Australian Shepherdness named Zeke, and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Abby.When I'm not busy with work or school, I spend time with young adults, college and high school students in our community's C.C.E. School Ministry team. Something that is fulfilling by being involved with the building and empowering our youth today by honing in and developing their leadership skills and ethical perspective. Other than that, I'm an audiophile in love with mixing live sound and music with our little praise cover band "Made of Dust" (MOD)
