Train and Mentor QRD leads and new Robustness engineers. Design reliability analysis and develop robustness plans for 4 Transmission and Electrification programs. Developed targets for Engine and transmission PMTs through 2020 through analyzing historical performance of all engine and transmission families, get buy in to targets from QRD leads and PMT leaders.Interview candidates for engineering quality team. Facilitate Transmissions DFMEA’s, setup global QRD calls with GMIO and GMSA.
