I have had the pleasure of working together with hundreds of managers, professors, politicians, scientists in one-to-one coaching as well as in the over 500 seminars which I have designed and led. I love my work because I am passionate about supporting people to work through challenging situations and to reach the goals they have set for themselves. A lot of my work also involves assisting clients to figure out what is blocking their potential. I have a wide range of tools and depth of experience to be able to support them to move forward or to find balance in their professional and personal circumstances. Working in many industries, universities and institutes has given me the opportunity to have experience with different subject areas and I welcome new challenges. I have prepared managers for assessment centers (over 30), trained hundreds of scientists to present their findings more successfully, taught clients important soft skills for their job and personal life. Finally, having been a teacher in the past has provided me with a great deal of insight about the learning process and how to best to support people in their development.
