I have over 35 years experience working solely and exclusively in the Motors and Drives Industry as executive recruiter. I not only have extensive relationships and contacts within the industry but pride myself not just on knowledge of Industry but the ability to make proper matches for both parties, the candidate and client, which have resulted in numerous successful long term relationships. The results being nearly unprecedented 70% retention rate for first ten years of employment and the majority of people placed having at least one promotion, with many now running business units or whole businesses. There are also now people that have placed that were with company over 20 years or retired from same firm placed at numbering well into the 100's now.. Also, a claim don't believe another recruiter in country can make is that I haven't had an official offer turned down in over 30 years and that over 70% of my placements are the only interview had candidate on and the only candidate had client interview. This has been accomplished by my unique understanding of the industry, the ablility to properly acces the companies needs as well as ability to target the correct talent and access their needs.At a time when the business is expanding while the talent pool is conversely shrinking to fill the needs, despite writing this on this site, the harsh reality is that social media isn't the answer to reaching and recruiting the proper or best talent for a company to achieve their growth initiatives and goals. Having relationships prior with person and experience and knowledge of industry and of where the real talent is, is paramount to a company acquiring the correct and best talent to achieve the companies objectives.
