Working for Schroeder & Wallis Real Estate allowed me to take advantage of all the skills I've developed throughout my career. I enjoyed working with a wide range of people, including investors and other business partners, and loved helping people achieve their property goals.

I worked in various roles throughout my time at Telstra, including sales, retention and complaints. I was trained in all of Telstra's consumer and small to medium business offerings. Working for this company sharpened my communication skills, including my ability to build rapport with clients, and also improved my solution-based selling techniques. Thanks to this, I was able to exceed my sales targets and other KPIs each month.

I managed a busy suburban pizza store, which involved organising rosters, formulating advertising strategies and loss prevention. This developed my ability to act decisively and demonstrate good judgement in high-pressure situations.
