• Creation and improvement of training programs and documents• Conducts training of military and commercial users in UAS operation and advanced techniques geared toward customer’s use case.• Concept of Operation (CONOP) development for military and commercial use cases. Including Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) acquisition, search and rescue, as well as GIS applications in surface and open pit mining, mine tailings, aggregate stockpiles and mine reclamation.• Works with Project Leads and Program Managers to ensure overall objectives, schedule, and deliverable are met• Participates as part of engineering project teams to review product and developmental systems functional specifications and operations, to assess and develop needed technical information, and to establish safety requirements.• Plan and direct the bench, ground, and flight tests for a variety of UASplatforms• Manage facilities, equipment, and test assets• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures• Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings• Manage and document system test configurations• Participate in configuration control decisions and equipment anomalyinvestigations

 Creates work instruction documentation for wire harnesses and other electronic assemblies Responsible for the production of all wire harnesses and other electronic assemblies. Trains staff in IPC standards and production of wire harnesses and other electronic assemblies Testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and assemblies Assists with fabrication and assembly of carbon fiber fuselage components

•Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning battery packs and circuit boards.•Instruct production team on how to prevent circuit failures during production.• Accountable for the programming, set up and running the Surface Mount Technology machine.•Production of custom battery pack and charger projects.•Train employees in the circuit board manufacturing department.
