Specializing in Avaya Blue - Nortel Meridian 1 Option Systems, ie 11C through 61/81. PerformSystem maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, PEP’s and diagnostics, including adds, moves &changes. All software levels. Analog, digital and VoIP Technology. Perform maintenance,diagnostics, PEP’s and recoveries of Nortel Call Pilot systems. Windows Server 2003/ Windows7/10 as it pertains to Call Pilot. Proficient with migrations to VoIP. Provisioning of SIP phones onmany different platforms. Experience with Session Initiated Protocol (SIP). CompTIA Sec+ certifiedand also have CAC/DBIDS access. Currently hold secret security clearance.

Perform installations and maintenance of Nortel CS1000, BCM & Norstar systems. Test equipmentin order to sell to customers. Set up technical lab for equipment testing and upgrades. Developprocedures and standards for service department. Give seminars to sales staff, in order to sellservices to customers. Meet with customers and conduct presentations regarding engineeringservices available. Proficient with many different platforms, including Nortel, Avaya, Cisco,Polycom, Spectralink, Asterisk and others. Comfortable with multiple computer client/serverplatforms and OS's, MAC, PC, Linux, Exchange, HyperV, VMWare, SIP phones, etc.

• Instituted day to day operations for the company, including but not limited to; coordinating technicians to sites; communicating with providers, customers and company personnel to achieve excellent customer satisfaction; providing remote installation and service support on BCM and CS1K systems; utilizing Nortel Enterprise Configurator to generate sale quotes and presenting them to potential and installed base customers.

• Interacted directly with Nortel’s New Emerging System Integrator (SI) Dell Computers to design, engineer, quote, and sell Nortel voice and data networks. Interacted daily with Dell sales representatives and their customers to position solutions that would best meet customer’s needs. Utilized the Nortel Networks Enterprise Configurator tool to provide quotes of proposed voice and data systems

• Duties; provide installation and maintenance on Nortel voice and data equipment, performed moves, adds and changes for Sprint customers. Primary responsibility for United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service accounts

• Duties; traveled extensively to provide technical training/presentations for software programming of the Meridian 1 system, specializing in the area of voice over IP (Succession 4.0, Signaling Servers and Voice Gateway Media Cards, IP Line, IP Trunk and Remote Office); least cost routing (BARS/NARS) and act as mentor to junior instructors; setup classroom network (LAN) and servers for audio/visual in the classroom; implement new ideas in classroom environment to enhance both teaching and learning.
